Kikimora Dashboard

Overview:

The "Actions Required" chart presents vulnerabilities with the status "Open". Use this chart to identify and address vulnerabilities requiring immediate action.

Navigation:

Click the "View All" arrow button in the upper right corner of the chart card to access a detailed grid page displaying all "Open" vulnerabilities. This action will open the "Vulnerabilities" section, filtering to show only those with the status "Open". Alternatively, you can access this menu from the main panel on the left side of the screen.

Impact Visualization:

Interpret the red curves around circles as "Critical Impact" vulnerabilities. These are vulnerabilities that require urgent attention.

The 'Working On' Chart

Overview:

The "Working On" chart displays vulnerabilities with the "In Progress" status. It monitors ongoing efforts to address vulnerabilities in this dynamic status.

Navigation:

Click the "View All" arrow button in the upper right corner of the chart card to access a detailed grid page displaying all vulnerabilities with the status "In Progress".

Impact Visualization:

Observe the orange curves around circles representing "High Impact" vulnerabilities. These are vulnerabilities that are actively being worked on.

The 'Done' Chart

Overview:

The "Done" chart showcases vulnerabilities with the statuses "Remediated", "Deleted", or "Closed".

Navigation:

Click the "View All" button to access a detailed grid page for all "Done" vulnerabilities.

The 'Impact Chart'

Purpose: This type of chart illustrates the count of vulnerabilities based on their impact over time. It considers the creation date in the system and spans the last two months.

Project Timeline

Overview:

The custom Gantt chart showcases all projects within specified start and end dates. Click on a project name to open it in a new tab. This will open the "Projects" section. Alternatively, one can access this menu from the main panel on the left side of the screen.

Access to the "Project Details" is limited to users with the "Super Admin" role or those designated as the project owner, irrespective of their role.

Chart Filters

Click on the filter icon [á—Š] to access the filter options for the selected chart:

Filtering options

Impact:

  • The "Impact" filter allows you to narrow down vulnerabilities based on their impact level.

  • Select one or more checkboxes corresponding to the desired impact options.

  • For example, selecting "Critical" will show vulnerabilities with critical impact only.

Asset:

  • The "Asset" filter enables you to filter vulnerabilities based on IP/Hostname and Network.

  • Use the autocomplete options to enter IP/Hostname and/or Network. Multiple selections are possible.

  • For example, selecting multiple IPs will show vulnerabilities associated with those specific IPs.

Project:

  • The "Project" filter helps you focus on vulnerabilities related to specific projects.

  • Start typing the project name in the autocomplete field.

  • Select one or more projects from the dropdown list.

  • This ensures that only vulnerabilities linked to the selected projects will be displayed.

Status:

  • The "Status" filter allows you to filter vulnerabilities based on their system status.

  • Check one or more checkboxes corresponding to the desired status options.

  • For example, selecting "Open" will show vulnerabilities with an "Open" status.

Note: The Status filter is not available for the Impact chart.
